The origin of this Salami is Western Central Europe. The meat is ground fine with small amounts of fat. This finely cut Salami is lean compared to Southern European Salami. The flavour comes from selected mixed spices giving it a subtle taste and soft texture. Hungarian Salami is ideal for sandwiches.
