A gourmet Italian specialty made from pork neck, spiced and air cured in a natural casing.  Marbled meat makes it tender, with a deep red colour and earthy flavour, lovely white fat brings in a sweetness.  Our 500gm sliced packs of Coppa are presented in trays, sliced and easy to serve for catering.
