Stracciatella, Roasted Capsicum & Prosciutto

Silky and indulgent, Stracciatella is a decadent and creamy delight. This easy version recreates its luxurious texture using fresh mozzarella and thickened cream. Paired with smoky roasted capsicum and delicate Re & Sons Prosciutto, it’s simple yet elegant.

Ingredients

100g Re & Sons Prosciutto
1 large mozzarella, roughly shredded
2-3 tbsp thickened cream
Sea salt
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Roasted capsicum, sliced

Method

1) In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella with thickened cream.
2) Stir gently until the mixture becomes creamy and slightly stringy. Season with a pinch of sea salt.
3) Arrange the roasted capsicum on a serving plate.
4) Spoon over the Stracciatella.
5) Drape slices of Re & Sons Prosciutto over the top.
6) Finish with a drizzle of good-quality EVOO and an extra sprinkle of sea salt.
