Spanish style Chorizo sausage, made with a blend of spices and paprika to produce a smokey authentic taste. Traditionally made as a raw sausage, we cure it, attracting the aged flavour. Ready to eat as is or alternatively it can be cooked to further enhance the flavour. This versatile sausage can be used in salads, pasta, rice dishes or in slow-cooked casseroles. Even better, try on the BBQ.
