Re and Sons there is no exception here, only quality leg and belly cuts made from mature pork.  Lightly salted, seasoned and then dried, our red, white and green string dry sausages are popular and versatile.  Serve as part of an Antipasto platter, in pasta or simply with cheese and crackers.  Hot or mild our dry sausage makes a great pizza topping.
